PxM’s Project Management Module provides a fully integrated, PMI-aligned delivery environment that spans the entire lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Projects may originate as standalone initiatives or flow directly from approved Business Cases created within the Demand Management module, carrying forward all strategic alignment, financial details, benefits, and resource context for complete traceability.

Aligned with PMI best practices, the module incorporates structured project governance through project charters, phase approvals, and comprehensive registers covering risks, issues, stakeholders, dependencies, deliverables, communication plans, performance reports, actions, assumptions, change requests, and lessons learned. This ensures every project follows a disciplined, standardized, and auditable approach to execution.

Built natively on Microsoft 365, PxM integrates deeply with Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and Outlook to unify collaboration and delivery. Tasks can be opened and updated in Planner, discussed within dedicated Teams channels, governed through automated approval workflows, and linked to structured documents stored in SharePoint. Stakeholder meetings can be scheduled directly as per the agreed communication plan, and project insights – such as performance reports, stakeholder analysis – can be visualized through Power BI dashboards for real-time transparency.

AI-powered capabilities enhance each stage of the project lifecycle. Copilot-driven agents can generate and refine task lists, adjust schedules, summarize risks and issues, and extract lessons learned from previous projects with similar scopes.
